  • 2024-25 Household Eligibility Form Information

    In order to remain compliant with both federal and state regulations for the National School Lunch and Breakfast programs and the California Universal Meal Program, we ask that all families verify their household eligibility.

    • If your family’s combined income falls at or below the amount indicated for your household size in the Household Eligibility Chart linked below, please fill out a funding form for your family.* Please complete the form associated with your youngest student’s school.
    • Completing the form can provide your student(s) and family with additional benefits including reduced testing fees, reduced-price or free school photo packages, and reduced PG&E and Wifi services.
    • *If your family’s combined income is above the amount indicated for your household size, completing additional forms is not needed.
