I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself as your Principal here at Emma C. Smith Elementary. My name is Marni Angelo, and I am both honored and excited to work with this exceptional team of educators and support staff. As we embark on this journey together, I wanted to take a moment to share a brief glimpse into my background, values, and aspirations as we work collectively to provide an enriching educational experience for our students. 

As a 澳门最快开奖直播 resident for the past 28 years, I have worked for LVJUSD since 1997. My daughter attended 澳门最快开奖直播 schools and took advantage of the ROP program in high school where she identified her career path. She is currently employed as a traveling nurse, and according to her, “living her best life”. My husband and I enjoy spontaneous getaways, mountain biking, and spending time with family.

I bring over 30 years of experience in the field of education, including roles as a classroom teacher, administrator and educational leader. I hold a Masters in Educational Leadership, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in pedagogy and leadership practices. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning, actively seeking out professional development opportunities to enhance my skills and keep abreast of the latest educational research and best practices. 

I believe that every child is unique, with their own strengths, abilities, and potential. It is my fundamental belief that by fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment, we can inspire and empower our students to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and compassionate individuals who can thrive in an ever-changing world.

I strongly value collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect. As your Principal, I am dedicated to building a supportive and cohesive team where everyone's contributions are acknowledged and valued. 

As we work together to refine our practices and continuously improve the education experience we provide to our students, I am eager to hear your perspectives, ideas, and feedback. I am confident that, together, we can create an extraordinary educational journey for our students. I am excited to learn from each of you, to collaborate, and to celebrate our achievements along the way. 

I am beyond excited to meet all of the amazing Smith families and students, and am looking forward to establishing a positive working relationship with each and every one of you.
